So no choice, not fresh and he can only take 6 ? Seriously, it's hard... And it's not the first time that things like this happen...
Ordering at the car takes more than 8 minutes to serve the car on the left, me on the right, no response and a 2nd car passes on the right, so after 12 minutes, they explain to me that their way of serving is not adequate to remedy it. Answer me, I'm all alone to serve bla bla bla.Not strong Tim-Horton Sainte-Sophie.Since summer 2023 3 times poor service.Done going there.
You have to pay for mayo... don't come with the BLT sandwich.And 20min to make a blt sandwich.Talk more than work.....
Really bad customer service! Make mistakes and complain in the kitchen when we come back to tell them the mistake and who have to start again saying that we are wasteful! Not to mention how the employee in the kitchen talks to the customer and judges them! I tried to call when I got home and they answered and straight away they hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager I tried to call twice afterwards and unfortunately no answer. I would go straight in person
More and more disappointed with Tim Hortons, maybe if they paid their employees well, better times and services....AND CLEANER!!! THE WORST TIM HORTONS... IN VILLE LACHINE!!!??I DON'T KNOW WHO OWNED THE ONE IN LACHINE, BUT IT SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR UNSALUBRITY.
