Barco Beach Restaurant - Sainte-Maxime

Although a little of st. maxime itself, this beach club is on the main bus route and has a large parking space. the staff was very friendly and welcoming and although it was a windy day against the end of the season the place was... quickly busy for lunch. the restaurant is located behind the beach lounge area and has a nice feel for it. the lunch menu offers a good selection of food and an extensive wine menu. we went for the seafood paella (a twist with tint fish color black thin pasta) and the black cadre on saffron rice cooked in a banana leaf, with a bottle of excellent rose set off. the beach itself was clean and tidy with high quality chairs and sun umbrellas. there is also a roof bar deck area. all in all a great place to spend the day sun, sea, sand and an excellent lunch!

They were here about 7 times and not to deliver. Eat and the choice of food is excellent. family and all staff are friendly and welcoming. the best beach restaurant on la nartelle. thanks to mandy and all her colleagues.

Outstanding! Lovely food, excellent service, valet parking… wish we had found this place before our last night on holiday! We had various things pasta, hot plate, mixed grill all excellent! All the staff were outstanding thank you!!

Ok but nothing more. The service was ok, but the food was only average, The beach club is ok but also not as good as we were hoping. Will try another beach club next time.

Back again a few years after we last came here and happy to see that nothing has changed! A wonderful welcome from the owners and the food and ambience were just perfect. We ate two or three times here over the busy May long weekend and each time we enjoyed our dining experience. I had an exceptional crab salad and my husband really enjoyed his tuna. The kids loved their meals, and we appreciated once again, that they are able to play on the sand next to the restaurant after they have finished, so that parents' lunch in the sunshine can truly be experienced at a leisurely pace... already looking forward to the next time (and I'm sure I said that last time!)
