I went to a cheese and wine pairing event hosted by Pierre Brisson in the shop's basement.

They offered a variety of cheese options, and I chose a half portion of the Pouligny StPierre blue for a delicious evening snack.

Make sure to order the truffle Brie cheese! Even though you can't sample it beforehand since it comes pre-wrapped, trust me, it's definitely worth it.
