Inconstante quality paella sometimes very good sometimes medium. Last time Riz very dark genus brown the other times lighter yellower why? Sometimes excellent sometimes too fat with a lot of stuff like pieces of skin etc .. Very cold mourning the lady (patronne may be) looks blasphemed and is as kind as a prison door.
