The little guy tells me I'm sorry I just sold the last muffin. I answer Are you kidding me? He answers well no. I left angry... Last time I'm going to waste my time there. I called to speak to a manager. There is nobody !!!!!! How to ensure quality service when no one is there to motivate your team. Providing quality service must be taught. In this case, a free replacement proposal would have been well accepted given the time spent waiting. A management member should be present during busy periods in order to be able to help them and also encourage their work team.
