The manager here who constantly wears a jacket really needs to stop interrupting his employees during rush times with doing a quick favour while they have multiple customers in line, while they are already in the middle of preparing orders. It 's unorganized, causes far too many mistakes, and it 's purely on the management 's disorganized style, not the employees for being flustered. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
