Pipo 's The Original Cuban Cafe Since 1979

First time at Pipo's this evening and we loved it. My husband tried the Wednesday special, the Spanish meatloaf and it is delicious. I had the mojo Pollo and it is marinated with citrus and served with onions and peppers, wonderful, satisfying and light.

If this place has been open since 1979, it certainly has aged to perfection. This is authentic Cuban cuisine, and you?re missing out if you live in this area or are even visiting and you don?t frequent to enjoy the food. The menu is a little pork heavy, but they do have a pork pit in the back! Breakfast was delicious and the coffee is superb. Just repeat your order several times to ensure they get it accurate. First time at Pipos and the only regret is why didn't we visit this place sooner. Maybe exterior could use a bit more creativity to look more noticeable and inviting. When you walk in, you have to order at the counter before you choose to sit indoors or outside. There are several mouth watering options right at the counter teasing you, or you can order other items from the menu. There was a line the entire time we were there, which told us they were good! A great little Cuban restaurant! The rooster even sang to us. No promises that it'll be there though. The place smells delicious when you walk in. Great Cuban food, and the staff was super friendly!

This was my first time at Pipo's. I got take out with my friend. The staff was amazing!! Very friendly and kind. The food look delicious and when I got home it was delicious. My husband and myself truly enjoyed our meal! We will be coming to Pipo's again!!
