Bidrage med feedbackPanera is Panera. If you like Panera, this is just a good thing you would expect. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. My complaint in this place is that I want to use the liquid sugar in my tea, and I am here several times and it is never out where I can get it. I have to ask the staff and they are pleasant when they give it to me. It would make much more sense to have it out where people can get it without asking for it.
We have always had good service and quality food at this point, despite the problem with lack of personnel or new employees, which some have complained about. The employees who prepare jobs have challenges, but everything they do best under the circumstances. If there is a mix-up, they compromise quickly and correctly.
So again this place was a disappointment. twice the door Dash deliveries were wrong as the bacon was omitted. For the second time we called and received a voucher. Tonight to use it and watch it to check bacon was placed. When the young man did it, another employee spoke with him distracting him a little I saw him touching the whole tip of his hat with his hand. I called him to ask him to change his glove when he makes a sandwich. He apologised and did this, but a young girl comes from another section and doesn't tell me to scream. I assured her that I did not scream that I raised my voice so that he could hear me about the fans and he agreed and was not upset. They finished the sandwiches and the same young girl gave me our sandwich with total attitude. I had it with this place. Trust me, if I scream, they would have known. Terrible customer service, as I believe that one of the people behind the counter was a supervisor.
