Baskin-robbins - Saint Pete Beach

So disappointing. It was 8:40pm and when my family and I walked up to the doors, they were locked. The employees saw us and many people started lining up behind us waiting to get in. They closed 20 minutes early and were really rude by watching us all outside and waving us goodbye . Their sign also was lit up and said open. Very disappointed and many other upset potential customers as well.

Wow! You can see why this place has a '2 star ' rating they 've earned it with some really deplorable customer service. We went in at 8 PM (drive thru is open till at least an hour later later) and ordered Hot Fudge Sundaes. The 'server ' simply says 'The Fudge is not hot '. No 'sorry ' or anything 'The fudge is not hot '. My wife asks about the Carmel Sauce... 'it 's not hot either '. So she gets ice cream. I order a cup of ice cream and ask 'do you have any chopped pecans? 'No '. Do you have any chopped nuts at all 'No '. This lady is really qualified to do anything BUT customer service!There are a lot of independent, small businesses that serve good ice cream and sweet treats along Gulf Blvd go spend your money there! We won 't be back here!

3 stars because, on our first or second day here the open sign was lit but all the doors were locked? Don’t know what the hell is going on here but they definitely got some work to do….

Very good ice cream! If you go, try the “Icing on the cake” ice cream, soo good!! 5 stars

Paid $36 for the worst ice cream cake ever. No chocolate crunchies and no chocolate ice cream!! It had below average vanilla ice cream, terrible chocolate cake and some icing. That said, the employees have all been friendly and I’ve had no issues with service.
