Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a pizza a couple weeks ago. I had to cancel after 1hour and 40 minutes, couldn 't wait anymore, had to go to bed. They assured me my card wouldn 't be charged. Of course It was. Called a few days later to resolve and was told to give them all the card info again, which is strange because out of everywhere I 've ever been charged they 've always been able to process a refund, they obviously charged it , it 's in their system, their bank received it! Since then my card has tried to be used several times. Not saying it 's them but it 's still a strange coincidence. I finally call again 10 days after they promised a refund, big attitude like this is somehow an inconvenience for them! If I want my money I have to come to the store! have a nice day, CLICK I 've omitted they 're names for now, but now I have to pursue other avenues. I realize it 's not worth the time and effort, but that 's what I said about the last 6 or 7 companies over the last few months that have taken my money. It 's gotta stop somewhere. It 's all adding up! Even if I have to front a whole lot more money in the meantime, before I 'm made whole. This behavior needs to stop. Unfortunately they are the proverbial straw that broke the camel 's back.... Hopefully a responsible owner will step in and save us both a lot of unnecessary ridiculousness. I 'm done being walked on by rude, insolent, miserable individuals who have no business working with the public, let alone the service industry! update So, the owner obviously couldn 't care less. Was in the process of paying the 60 bucks to file a lawsuit in conciliation court, when I thought one more call couldn 't hurt. Marco saved the day, he couldn 't believe that nobody else cared enough to call me up and resolve the issue. Took 3 weeks, but lesson learned. I 'll stick with Cossetta, Davannis, Luce, Mesa, Savoy and even Checkerboard by a mile! If Marco was the face or owner of this franchise they probably would have many positive reviews. Well this is first and last time I attempt to conduct business with this store. Shame on me for getting reeled in by their commercial! Moment of weekness, impulse buy. Trying to recapture some nostalgia from my brief childhood. Be smart. Stay safe everybody. ???
It's been an hour. Waiting for my pizzas. Never again
Got my pizza in less than half the time quoted to me on the site. And the quality of the pizza was really good.
If you enjoy your pizza with the crust looking like it was stepped on by an elephant, a tsp of sauce for the entire pizza, cheese so thinly layered where you can see the crust, than this is the place for you! Have healthy, strong teeth? You will need them. I imagine eating this pizza resembles how my dogs feel eating a rawhide. For paying over $40 I expected food to be edible but maybe that's just me? I mean for $40 I could have had Arbys twice! They actually load the meat and cheese assuming you just might be hungry and want to fill up, not break your teeth. Lemme tell you, the stars in the ratings dont lie. I hardly ever order pizza hut and now I know why. My daughter refused to eat it and I see why. The cheese that you do see over half the slice is the cheese that belongs in the crust.
This Pizza Hut got my address wrong along with my order. They brought my food nearly three and half hours after I ordered!! If I could give them a zero I would. By far the worst Pizza Hut in the twin cities!!!! Choose Falcon Heights Pizza Hut at your own risk.
