Panera Bread - Saint Paul

There a lady who never says anything to the line when she should say “ can I help who’s next ?” She stares at them and of course people keep waiting because they think they first one in the line waiting. It turned out it’s confusing that the first one in the line just standing there but she should had asked.

The personal is very friendly, but the online order is a pain. they still wait 10 minutes in the line to pick up their online order. what is the purpose of online ordering if they still have to wait in to pick up their order. what a waste of time.

The breakfast sandwich was good, but I'm pretty sure the floor has never been mopped. My feet were sticking to it with every step. Pretty nasty.

In the last few months this location has moved the pickup shelf to behind the counter, so you have to wait for a staff person to get your rapid pickup or Doordash order. Very annoying and I'm sure annoying for the staff too who are already hands full at such a busy location.

Chicken soup's portion size and Mediterranean sandwich's size was too little. Brought it to their attention but they it was their standard size. Roseville's Panera does it better.
