I hardly ever write reviews but this was a bit ridiculous. They opened 10 minutes late, my order was supposed to be done. I was the first mobile order inside the store and they don’t care to ask for my name to get mine done first, instead makes others that aren’t even here yet. The service was the worst i’ve ever had at any chipotle. Waited 20 minutes when I shouldn’t have waited any, I understand humans aren’t robots but the least they could do is have some even decent customer service and apologize or even show they care a tiny bit? I ordered a carne asada burrito bowl on the app, they forgot the meat, nonetheless marked the order done 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time, and still didn't finish making it until 10 minutes after that. It was dead inside. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
