Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

Second time I came here and they are back from non-dairy milk, no almond milk or oat milk, please keep them in stock for those of us who cannot consume milk or do not consume milk.

This caribou is on the hill. My husband and I come here every day and we keep bringing our drinks back to be restored and it is still the second time. These drinks are not cheap and should be made right. Having a person at the bar during a Friday morning does not work. The same staff memeber every time that makes the drinks wrong and it is for some reason still in the bar.

Heads up: Caribou?s menu claims that this flatbread is VEGAN, but it has milk CHEESE and EGG that they won?t make it without. Update to say: When listening to Caribou about this problem, they say the sandwich is vegan. So several employees in this place simply do not know/understand the product or food sensualities as they insisted that the product has milk and real egg.

The breakfast bagels are awful now that they?re prepackaged. The bacon was solid fat and totally undercooked. The egg was paper-thin. The bagel is blah and the texture is like overcooked bread out of a microwave. Really disappointed. Just threw away $6 when I tossed it in the trash. The drive thru person told me my drink would be right up but I didn?t order a drink. I did order potato chips which I had to ask for when they gave me my sandwich but the server who brought it to the window did apologize. Without that, this review would have been 1 star. This is the 4th time I?ve had either awful food or bad service at this location. Guess I?ll go back to Brueggers which is quite a drive. I was hoping to support my neighborhood by going to this caribou/Einstein.

Great place!! We waited for a bagel. Drive- thru was busy. Had two small children there; they practiced indoor voices and good public dining manners. They loved the fireplace and the newspaper ads, as well as the bagel, milk, and water!! I think Papa finally ordered a coffee!! I don 't drink coffee anymore, so loved the water.
