Bole Ethiopian Cuisine - Saint Paul

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely restaurant! We were promptly greeted and sat. Our server was very sweet and attentive and had great suggestions. The food was DELICIOUS! We loved all of the dishes we tried. The atmosphere was beautiful and clean. The best part was the owner Solomon. He was very present during our entire meal and checked on us frequently! He went out of his way to provide us with a delicious dessert to celebrate our anniversary! We can’t wait to come back!

Admittedly, I only tried Bole because Faisika closed and I needed a tibs fix. I'm only upset that I didn't know about this place sooner. Great recommendation from our server in the Crispy Kitfo. Dare I say I liked it better than the sambusas. Awaze tibs were spiced to perfection and because portions are big enough they warmed up well and tasted delicious next day. Despite only having been there once, on our 2nd time there (6 weeks later at least) the server remembered us and our previous order. 5/5 at Bole
