Really cool movie theater experience. The serve you at your seat which is a recliner, they serve draft beers, wine and cocktails. There is a full menu for food as well Lots of seats. The staff was friendly and professional. Tickets were good prices, ordering from the seat was a little pricey but worth it when you take someone special. Great place for date night!

Very high quality audio and image quality at this theater. Comfortable reclining seats with seat-side service. Expensive beer but reasonable ticket prices. Enjoyed it and we'll be back!

My spouse and I went to a 2215 showing of barbie on a Saturday night not to long ago. This was our first and quite frankly only time we will ever see a movie at this theater. Couple good notes before getting into the bad. 1st. The staff was outstanding. Everything you would hope for. 2nd. Getting full food and bar service to your seat is very nice. And finally the theater we were in was very clean.The bad. The seats were very uncomfortable even though they recline. The table they set your food on is not in a good position to either eat over or to simply grab your drink. For context I'm 6' feet tall and couldn't reach the drink in the reclined position. The arm rests were fixed, so cuddling with the wife was out of the question. The food was good but incredibly expensive. We ordered the $7.50 bottomless pop but never were able to get refills. And the sound was very very loud. Also for context I suffer from severe tinnitus so I need it louder to hear properly and it was to loud for me.Overall, from our experience I believe 2 stars is a fair rating and honestly going earlier in the day may solve some of the issues, but not enough for us to go back.

First experience and I was not impressed, nor would I go back. The movie itself was great, the service was not.I am new to the area, and told our server it was a first time at the theater. He took our order and never checked back until 10 minutes before the movie let out to give me my bill.No drink refill was offered after eating salty popcorn, and the size of the drink was tiny compared to a traditional movie theater.An explanation of ordering on the app or simple check back would have been great, especially after I told him I had never been to the theater. I'll save my money, and go to a regular theater where I can at any time in the show refill my own drink. Sitting through a movie thirsty and annoyed isn't my idea of a good time.

I’m disappointed to say, because I’ve been looking forward to coming here for awhile, but I’m extremely disappointed by my overall experience at Alamo Drafthouse. While the actual audio/visual components of the theaters are fantastic, I can’t shake the insane food prices, hidden service charges, and food quality. For example, my girlfriend ordered an Apple Lemonade (cost $8, no refills , and this is what we received. This wouldn’t be as bad, if the advertisement on the menu didn’t show the drink in a full size glass (that the lemonades normally come in. To make matters worse, the actual drink didn’t taste like a lemonade at all, instead tasting more like cheap snow cone syrup in water. Again… extremely disappointed.
