Bidrage med feedbackWe found the spey through a slight accident as we could not find anywhere open for a meal. we have booked for 3.30 clock, but arrived early and we sit inside away from the sun (which was a bit too hot for us Scot’s). the waiter was...fantastic, although my French was really poor. meal was fantastic and the children also enjoyed their meals. we would definitely return if we returned to saint omer
Great friendly service sunny side of the main square (even in winter! and very good chablis through the glass and at a very reasonable price.
Good brasserie and atmosphere great selection of beer staff excellent a special thanks to the owners the pint glass was excellent
Looked to be quite popular on the late afternoon. A massive selection of beers from France and all over the world. I just opted for the local brew. It was good.
Visited St Omer around lunchtime, there were plenty of eateries to choose from. So advocating my belief that if it is crowded, then it is popular, therefore it must be good! Great theory, but try put it into practice when all the crowded ones...were, .....well...crowded. So we went all pragmatice avoided the empty ones (opposite reasons as above), chose one that was both reasonably well attended (by locals), also in the sun. Cocktails beer, salad express turkey in a cream mushroom sauce. All very nice a very pleasant surprise of the quality service. Not mega gourmet food, but much better than an equivalent English establishment.
