I was in the middle of the time on the pilgrimage to st. maximin and my whole trip was even guided to visit this unique restaurant. I was on my own and olivier made me very welcome. I was thrilled when he could speak English as my French. was pretty poor. we had a good chat and I rehearsed his excellent kitchen that was delicious; unnecessary to say, I went the following evening for more and met friends that I walk and see again. a wonderful sound and surely one of the best in st. maximin. olivier is proud to prepare its dishes with many small details.
