Bidrage med feedbackI went to all the Japanese restaurants of St Maur, which is by far the best. I've been a faithful client since his opening!
This restaurant is quiet and good, the products are fresh and tasted and we are even entitled to an aperitif offered. Only .... I will never get used to at the entrance to the restaurant in which the delivery man is worth jogging on his chair and watch videos on his phone with the audible sound. This gives a deplorable image of the resto because if you sit on the axis of the starved mollusc it spoils your meal a bit. An explanation can be: the bosses look very nice so they might let them do without it disturbing them. Too bad I'll take the next time.
Sushis a little big but good. Very fresh fish. Fresh ginger. Good miso soup but a little salty. Chou vinaigré très bon (the real recipe, not bathed in Mayonnaise that we almost never find in other restaurants. Still a little expensive. The waitress brought us the free aperitives given to all customers but we told her that we don't drink alcohol; she didn't replace us the aperitif not a juice?(damage! . The restaurant is in its own set (the gentleman who makes sushi with a cart on the head and plastic gloves. The fish is covered with food film. "Bazar" behind the counter(games, corn flakes? ?... I recommend it on St Maur.
Positive points: Less than 16€ for a cabbage menu, soup, rice and 5 brochettes with makis and a canette. Fresh products, reasonable quantities.
We went there several times: good reception, sushi are fresh, well crafted and very good. The m03 and m13 menus are excellent. Fish pins are very good.
