A perfect egg entry and cream of good mushrooms but without a great seasoning, a dish of Saint James at 30€ containing a simple celery purée and 5 Saint James, without a real sauce to accompany this dish. A slightly saltier addition than the rest of the damage dishes I expected much more in view of the rates practiced Service: Dine in
