Les Jardins Du Tesan

This February 14, 2024, I invited my partner for lunch to celebrate our Valentine's Day. We arrived at 12:20 p.m. and were placed at table #3. Everything is fine... Nice setting with careful decoration, perhaps a little too dark for my taste, but that's just me. after 20 minutes of waiting, during which no one came to see us, we noticed that the tables to our left (8 people) and to our right (a couple) were able to place an order even though these people had arrived after us . That's it, someone is interested in us, and he must be the room manager. I express my dissatisfaction to him. To apologize, he offers us an aperitif, a glass of champagne. Impossible to refuse, especially since their champagne is excellent. The rest goes smoothly and we can enjoy this Valentine's Day menu accompanied by a red Rasteau. Excellent cuisine without a doubt. A reorganization is surely to be expected to avoid these problems which we can read in several comments. But, we will come back to maybe give 5 stars because it's worth it. The wine cellar of Lirac advised us of this restaurant and I thank them. Very nice setting, tasty cuisine, quality service and correct price for a lunch in the week.

Kitchen and service clearly not at the height of the place. Large high room under ceiling but not soundproofed, pretty garden and terrace not exploit the day of my presence. No service yet without a lot of customer, not good cooking in kitchen and meat products among other things not terrible, demand of salt I wait tjrs... I was invited but still, I was embarrassed for the person who had the note.
