Wine Gate - Saint Johnsbury

My husband and I had dinner there yesterday. The waitress was amazing. Everyone knows that a good waitress makes any meal better. She was sweet, attentive, and timed things perfectly for our leisurely meal. The outdoor deck is the best spot in town off the road and protected from the weather. They have a nice variety of dishes something for everyone. I'm excited to try their salmon sometime and my husband is excited to try the duck sometime. He is a duck lover!

Nice place. Excellent variations on the typical menu options including chicken, steak, fish, and pasta. The brussel sprouts were particularly tasty; worth trying even if you don't think you like them. Items made to order so not fast food. Service friendly and helpful. Worth the trip.
