Subway - Saint John

I will never return to this restaurant. The service I experienced from the employee behind the counter was very unpleasant. She had a robotic attitude and ignored us when we tried to explain our order. She only wanted us to answer her questions about our order and didn't seem interested in anything else. I had to translate for the couple I was with since they didn't speak English. The employee seemed very indifferent and unprofessional. There was a woman waiting behind us who was also not happy with the service. It felt like we were dealing with a robot who only wanted answers, not a human being who could communicate with us. I am considering filing a complaint with the Subway head office in Canada about this incident that occurred in July 2018 in the early evening.

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is made with fresh ingredients and delicious. It's conveniently located as well. Overall, there's nothing not to like about this restaurant.

If you're an alcoholic bar-crawler, it makes for excellent drunkard eats since it's open till late.

I visited couple the lady who works are night is pretty efficient and nice.

This Subway location is pleasant when it comes to sandwich places. It was exceptionally clean and the staff appeared to have some pride in their work.
