Going through has been okay, so walked in. Don't go back. Customers with wrong order try to find out. Manager screams at young trainees up to the point where we expected to fight to break out. Toxic working environment. We went out.

Also with a simple menu with numbers you can not get what you have ordered. I ended up with a Beyond Meat Burger on a Stale Bungalow. If you are looking for fast food, go to McDonalds in Lancaster Mall, A

OK it's BK so you know pretty well what you're getting. Good for a quick stop. 2-3 smart truckers can get in and out without too much trouble or stroll over from the Irving next door if lot looks too crowded. Taste and ESPECIALLY accuracy...is light years ahead of any rotten ronnies in the area.

My beast and I have eaten on Sunday at 19:00. Especially it took a while to pick up our order. Then our good was cold, while we had to eat, we had to hear two employees fighting as if we had tried to eat. We let them know that we don't think it was very professional and then they went back to finish. I wanted to talk to someone about it, so I asked about the manager name. No info was given to me, I am so disappointed that I have no plans to go back

Absolutely horrified with the staff and customer service in this place. I tried to place my first online order to get a free whopper, but the site held timing out. Then I called this Burger King location where they instructed me to download the...app on my phone as they said that the offer is only valid on the app, not online... After I downloaded it and re-inserted in my order, I had the same problem; it would not place the order. I called the site again because my order could not go through. After much confusion and confusion, the worker asked me to call back at 8:00 to talk to the manager... I didn't want to talk to the manager... In the end, I never got my order... I strongly recommend the staff to be trained and they are rude to customers. I do not recommend eating in this place, as it is always rough without clean tables/booths.
