Boston Pizza - Saint John

I had a slight problem with a prepaid visa at this restaurant, but after speaking with the area manager, Jason, I found him to be extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to resolve the issue together. I am grateful for the excellent customer service. Thank you, Jason!

This is one of the top places to dine in the city. It has been my favorite for years. I adore the staff, enjoy the delicious food, appreciate the excellent service, and love the ambiance!!!! 5 Stars

After a previous visit that was not so great, I filled out the survey on the receipt and was surprised when the General Manager of this franchise contacted me. She wanted us to come back for a re-do dinner and apologized for the negative experience we had before. She wanted to use our situation as a learning opportunity for her and her staff. My family and I returned for dinner tonight and the GM went out of her way to ensure that we had an excellent dining experience and addressed the issues we had before. Our server, Andrea, was amazing and made our son's night by bringing out a huge brownie. The GM and server are exemplary employees and wonderful people. It's no surprise that with employees like Shannen and Andrea, Boston Pizza has been a member of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for 21 consecutive years. We will definitely be back, knowing that our local Boston Pizza offers healthy, allergy-friendly menu options and staff who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great dining experience.

Went for my wife's birthday had a great time. Waitress was very funny polite. Great food too. Broken lasagna was awesome
