Order for a delivery of 3 poutines. Inquiet, the poutines put in a closed pizza box. Don't worry, he says... I pay for 3 poutines but then unpacked, I received only 2. I'll call back to the restaurant. I want my missing poutine. Received 20 minutes later. At least they didn't delay... and the delivery man apologized. The food is correct.

I ordered a pizza with chicken wings and in the instructions I wrote please put hot sauce on the side for the chicken wings I get my order and the pizza is inedible so they put the hot sauce IN the pizza!! I call back and the employee tells me that she can 't do anything for me… I ask to speak to the owner and the owner also says that he can 't do anything and yet I asked them to deliver me a new pizza and that I was going to give them the old one because my children can 't eat it! They refused to send me a new pizza so it cost me $60 for 8 wings and a fries. They clearly don 't care about their customers! Worst service!! Disrespectful employees and clearly an owner who doesn 't care about his customers!

The next day, I called again to have a larger order of fries delivered. I explained the issue with the fries from Friday to the lady on the phone, who admitted that others had also complained about the same issue. She mentioned that today's fries were good and that I would have to pay a price difference for the larger size. She said the order would arrive at 1:00 within 45 minutes, and we ended the call. Later, a woman called me back and said they could only deliver a small order of fries because there was a minimum order requirement. I explained the situation from Friday and the agreement for a future order or credit. She said no one had told her about this and refused to deliver the fries, stating it wasn't worth it for a few extra dollars. When I mentioned that they were willing to deliver on Friday, she said today is a different day and refused to budge. I asked to speak to her boss, and to my surprise, she revealed she was the manager. She rudely told me I was wasting her time and wouldn't continue the conversation for 30 minutes. I insisted on having my fries delivered, but she refused and wrote a disrespectful and unprofessional message before hanging up. This experience led me to decide never to order from this restaurant again. It's clear why they have received numerous negative reviews about their customer service.
