Mr.sub - Saint Ives Australia

I love Mr Sub, always will, but its pretty disappointing that this is the only one in Vancouver. They don't do combos if you get sub of the day, they don't take Mr Sub rewards, and you can't use their washrooms. I hate to say it but its not worth the drive here.

I entered a contest to win a $100 gift certificate from this location, ended up winning the draw and it took the company over 10 days just to email me the gift card. Went in to redeem said gift card at the very same location only to have the owner refuse to honor it. Customer service seems completely non-existent. Skip this place and get a sandwich literally from anywhere else.

It's still the greatest sub in the country. Best value, very personal service by the owner, and very clean.

Ordered a turkey sub and it was delivered only to find out the moron working didn't put any turkey on it...

I placed an online order on the official Mr Sub app, get an order confirmation number and confirmation of the store address, but when I go to pick it up, the older man working there says they only accept Skipthedishes or Ubereats orders. Not ones from their official app? I also ask the younger worker, and he says he doesn't know, and that the older man is the owner. I never got my order.
