Buckets Ice Cream

With added covid precautions (single file, one direction to order , I felt safe ordering ice cream here.<br/ <br/ I got the seasonal blueberry lemon crisp flavour and really enjoyed it on the bench outside the shop. The lemon blueberry flavour went very well together and hint of lemon flavour was refreshing. There were bits of crumbs mixed in with the ice cream which added a bit of texture. Though I liked the crisps, it was a bit too much crumbs for me I actually wanted more of the pure ice cream since it tasted so good!<br/ <br/ Since it's the pandemic, there's no sampling but I doubt you can go wrong. I would love to try the tiramisu, oolong tea, and lemon ricotta honeycomb flavours next time.<br/ <br/ I found out they're family owned and now is the perfect time to support local businesses like Buckets :

I was hanging out with my friend today, and as per tradition, our time together ended with some ice cream. Today we stopped at this newer liquid nitrogen ice cream shoppe, by her house. She had mentioned that during her original visit with them they hosted a line up of pretty unique flavours, corn being one of them. So I was eager to step foot inside and try some of these for myself, today. However we were greeted by the sandwich board outside, advertising their list of pretty normal flavours. Creamy ice cream in cookies and cream, salted caramel, and coconut coffee for the vegans.

After a great meal at anh and chi, we noticed a ice cream shop that just opened. Dam it lol, we just had to try it.<br/ <br/ They do fresh ice cream on the spot and they used nitrogen. You pick your flavour, they pour it into the mixer, then then add the liquid nitrogen. Tada! Fresh ice cream.<br/ <br/ Although it's fun watching it being made infront of your eyes, we had a grumpy lady for some reason. Minus points for service.<br/

How often does someone make you fresh ice cream? Buckets blew my mind with the use of liquid nitrogen. I had no idea that liquid nitrogen made ice cream so #CREAMY #AMAZING #DELICIOUS!

Best vegan Ice Cream in the city! Had the coconut strawberry and the watermelon sorbet, coconut strawberry was rich in flavor and sorbet was super refreshing. Super friendly staff, I live and in the neighborhood and will definitely make this my regular ice cream joint.
