A nice restaurant in the shopping mall. The bread bar is a highlight, where you can toast and butter your own bread to your liking with a variety of different breads and butters. No crusty French bread, however, just regular sliced white bread, with or without whole grains or sesame seed. We had soup and a pizza which were very good. The dessert is tiny but very rich, a sweet ending to the meal.

I've never been to a restaurant with a grill in the middle, for making your own toasted creation! Different types of spreads line the counter and several varieties of bread are tucked inside the see-through cabinets. It's fun to try new tastes or make different kinds of breads for the table. I discovered a love of pesto and roasted tomato spread on bread! Pacini is attached to the Sheraton St. Hyacinthe and convention center. I attend a yearly conference there. Two years in a row, this restaurant has been the go-to, that I looked forward to visiting. Service is consistently good. Lively atmosphere. Portions are hearty and can definitely be shared. Rustic, cozy decor. Great tasting pasta. I'm ready to eat there again in 2020!

We found this on our way to Quebec City. It seemed like it may be ho hum next to the movie theatre but we were pleasantly surprised. It has a bread bar! Like a salad bar, but approximately 4 Duffy reads and 6 butters to choose and you grill it on grates over a fire. Excellent. Not a huge menu but our meal was very good. Not much English is spoken and our French is very limited but we managed. We’ll be back. Definitely recommend this stop.
