Bidrage med feedbackSimo, the youthful proprietor of this cozy Lebanese eatery in the small town of St Hyacinthe, takes great pride in the cleanliness of Le Saphir. Despite the plethora of dining options in the vicinity, if you appreciate straightforward cuisine with a warm and welcoming ambiance, this spot is a solid pick. You have the choice of selecting from various renditions of Quebec's famous "poutine" (french fries smothered in cheese and drenched in gravy) or traditional Lebanese dishes. Each selection includes a selection of three or four fresh salads. Simo is exuberant, amicable, and dedicated to ensuring his patrons are content. This objective is effortlessly achieved – just taste his garlic potatoes, for instance. Fair warning: the portions are quite generous and will leave you feeling full.
I've only tried their delivery service and the food was delicious! It's a great option if you're looking for something different than Embers.
