Restaurant Mondo Resto-Bar

It has been a few months since we last went there. The last time, we sat down and after 15 minutes, the waitress never came to see us. She was never the only one in the restaurant. We left and they never even knew we were there. No server manager, so no customer service.

Attended Mondo for a group dinner. Poor quality service. Endless wait for both drinks and food. Finally, we were fed bread to hold us over for 2 hours and 45 minutes before the main course was served. The food quality was unimpressive - very ordinary for the price. An inexperienced waitress lacking the decorum that a restaurant should normally uphold, and constantly making excuses that the kitchen was overwhelmed, despite there being very few other guests present. Overall, an evening that confirms I will never go back to this restaurant.

There wasn't a large crowd for a Saturday night... the food was excellent and our server was very polite, funny, and attentive. Three stars because the promotions advertised in the bathrooms were not valid for six months, but they are still up... not great.

Menu du lundi à 50%. Pas la meilleure bouffe du monde mais comme le prix était très bas c'est correct. Mais je n'aurais pas payé le plein prix pour ça. Comme j'étais seule, et donc pas très payante, la serveuse a pris du temps à servir et me tutoyait. Mais le resto est très beau.

Nous avons déjà eu une mauvaise expérience au Mondo mais avec le changement de propriétaire nous avons voulu leur donner une autre chance. Toujours pareil mauvaise gestion et mauvais service, la mourriture aucune idée nous avons quitter avant de commander. Faites comme nous, traverser a la microbrasserie en face. Excellence garantie !!!!
