Texas Star - Saint-Eustache

Serivce is extremely slow.. 20 min before someone came to greet us, 20 for drinks, 45 min for food and another 30 for entrees.. Ridiculous

Wanted to retry this restaurant for a while and it turned out very disappointing. Waited 1h30 for our meals. All 3 steaks that were ordered were over cooked (even though on their menu they show images of your choice of cooking) and service was slow and didn't seem too care that we were waiting so long. Tables that arrived after us received their food way before. Do not recommend.

Been waiting over an hour for my food. Good job guys. We were two people and asked if we could have a booth we were told by the receptionist that the booth was reserved for 4 people. Lies! Every single booth next to us only had 2 people sitting there. Thanks for making my pregnant wife uncomfortable.

Such a concept. Walk in the front door and you are greeted with jeweled bucking horses as if you are if at PF Chang's. Enter the bar and find a longhorn bull on the wall eliminated by neon over the logo.The menu is some type of concept a Frenchman thinks a Texan or Mexican eats like mixed with French influence. There is tartare that is what I would consider tex mex spiced... Interesting.Lea our server was great. Probably a 3 star review without her attention and personality.Consider some single person portion Fajitas, you will sell more.

Burger comes with a choice of side dishes, funny enough, we were charged for the salad a side dish One of us requested no side dish but the waiter insisted it was included, we said ok we'll go with the Cesar salad, so we got charged for the Cesar salad. Me thinks the waiter, would have told us the actual Cesar salad was a different meal than the burger. Feels like we were taken in. We are from the area but maybe we might think again about going back. Why we gave him 18% tip , not sure anymore.
