Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is the only real kitchen in the region, full stop. while there are other decent restaurants, they all serve the same things that are prepared with more or less care. l’auberge de l’etoile belongs and is operated by a few, and the husband is the experienced chef (with some significant time spent in well-known kitchens). eating is elevated as they are in the creation of interesting variations of classic dressing with local products, usually hand-kept in village gardens and some with modern twists while respecting the contours of tradition. the woman is a charm, swings over the dining room with the only aim to make each individual comfortable, happy and well fed. we have eaten here many times in the course of the years and kept on the review to the quality of food and experience remained stable: it has only increased. no wonder that we heard people talking about the journey of monaco, nizza and even barcelonette. make you please yourself and stop them here to lunch, make them a day by visiting this incredible region, including the village st. dalmas le selvage itself and the col de la bonette (highest mountain road in europa).

In the small village of st dalmas hides a wonderful restaurant very romantic, refined cuisine with garden product.3 choice of entrances, dishes, desserts that change according to seasonal products.
