La Cabane - Saint-Denis-d'Oléron

I hate to write bad reviews, but I felt it necessary here. I guess this restaurant is better if it has dessert. My salad was very nice, but the children had chicken burgers that were processed. Apparently from the freezer. They all complained about them and... don't eat them. Ditto the Calamari was not good. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she was uninterested. If they were made at home, I'm sure they were delicious. A great shame.

For a walk around the marina and decided to drink with our youngest child. My wife and I had cocktails and we got our son a children's cocktail. Beautiful with marshmallows my son took for himself.

Super service. Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the port. perfect location with a short walk to the beach. A wide selection of deserts, ice cream and crepes with a variety of cocktails to choose from. It's PLACE that... You need to stop and visit as soon as you arrive in Saint-Denis d'Oleron. It's perfect for a morning coffee... an afternoon snack or even for lunch... or night drinks. It corresponded to my expectations and I highly recommend this place.

After a very disappointing meal in a nearby restaurant, we decided to dive here for a cocktail and a dessert. The staff, where very polite and super friendly and offered to speak in English, although my wife wanted to order in French... as she wanted to practice. The cocktails where fantastic and the desserts where great. Definitely worth a look if you have an excellent cocktail.

Very good welcome. personal at the top.Whatever from cocktail at the dish and nothing to say was perfect. Excellent value for money.We know or go to eat our next exit on the island.
