Les Ganivelles - Saint-Cyprien

Very pleasant and beautifully decorated frame. Modern, refined and well presented cuisine. We highly recommend. Each day, the chef offers a new menu (entrance, dish, dessert) in addition to his classic card.

The restaurant des Ganivelles is in the hotel Les Bulles de mer, located at the end of the lagoon, with a small wild side, nature... Then certainly you have to go but on site, the interior beauty of the hotel's decoration continues in the restaurant room with a decor turned towards the sea (blue and sun (yellow yellow). The contents of the plates are at the height of the place both for the pleasure of the eyes and for the flavor of the dishes. Each dish is an explosion of color and flavor! The taste buds are delighted!! The products, wines are local and highly chosen by the team of Ganivelles with this passion that allows us to transform the raw product into a small gustative masterpiece for our greatest happiness! A thousand thanks for this good time...

Restaurant in the kitchen made on site that changes every day. A choice between 2 admissions, 2 dishes, 2 desserts which a gage of freshness. Staying 8 nights in the hotel that depends on the restaurant, I met a problem on the 2nd night (cold flat without it disturbing the server much) and I didn't return. After two days I was able to exchange with the director who offered me the dish. This little misadventure prevented me from testing the restaurant's kitchen further, but I think it's worth discovering!

There is better on the area, given the note goes... in addition to the tips for our reservation to the hotel the sea bubbles... That is unacceptable.

We spent 13 days at Hotel Les Bulles de Mer in 1/2 pension: only happiness! A very nice hotel with the services we expected! We took our meals at the restaurant les Ganivelles. A sincere bravo to the chef who has enjoyed an original, tasty and innovative cuisine every day. As for the service, what a beautiful youth team! All very pro, very friendly! All and all warm and effective PS: thank you Valentin for your efficiency, your kindness, for your welcome: always the gesture on, the right word! Bravo
