Bidrage med feedbackBeing a patisserie fan I discovered the briacine after advice of a client because for years I have been looking for a place capable of perfecting a buche with traditional butter cream what I had the chance to discover here. In 1 week I went back 3 times to buy the same. A friend took different pie and cakes each time for which she was not disappointed alone flat on 2 pie or the dough was môle but otherwise the rest gustatively was perfect! Of course, I will come back to taste new things because these are a patisserie that puts you water in your mouth!
In the centre of the village we took a breakfast. Several possible formulas, we took that at €11. What a treat. I enjoyed eating bread like we can't find. This breakfast was delicious. I recommend for gourmets and people looking for quality products.
We wanted to take a noon break to eat on the thumb and we were not disappointed! A tea room that offers high quality pastries with taste and generosity. Knowing the high price of pistachio, a pistachio cookie that has whole pistachio in the paste a homemade pistachio praline above. The price of the cookie is not expensive I come out of a CAP pastry at the Ducasse School, I find out to be disrespectful of the comments of some people who dare say that pastries do not have to know. The homemade praline is seen in the eye and taste. When you arrive in an establishment where the pastry make your own praline and seen the visuals of other products, it is that there is quality work behind and that everything is done home with good products. I made all the bakery pastries in the square and returned to Briacine without hesitation. I took a very good Nordic man for a snack on the thumb and the cookie is a slaughter! Congratulations to the pastry chef and to the staff who, unlike what I read about some comments, is nice!
The pork bun was excellent as well as the pistachio cookie! The decor is hot, bravo! The team is full and does what it can to meet the high demand with a smile!
