Bidrage med feedbackI go in and the employees complain that I can't be able to hear, it also means that the quality of the product is sacrificed because the employees are just focusing on break. Recommended to train your manager better. My assumption was correct, I ordered a Buffalo chicken sluice swimming in Buffalo sauce. You can say that the franchise owners are not involved in the job. Smoothie was the only one that was a good experience.
6. May I used the app to order food. I was in a place where I didn't get great service and when I pushed to pay, it said this place St.Augustine, which is wrong because I live about 45-50 minutes away. I called and asked her for a refund. They told me that their manager is the only one who can do it and should call a specific day to talk to the manager. I called AT LEAST 10 times, and it's been for a month and I haven't received my refund yet. The last time I called the manager, the manager said there was a check mark on my reception and I should have my refund in a week or so. almost three weeks. I'm usually not one to write reviews, but that's just ridiculous.
Waited 20 minutes after my pick-up time for my pick-up at pick-up. I called the shop and the girl who answered that just said okay. I am not supposed to run around my feet for medical reasons, which is why I chose the wheelchair.
Order the Thai chicken sluice and it was not until after I had ordered it, they let me in another customer who ordered the same sandwich know that there was no Thai peanut sauce and so the sandwich was very dry. I also ordered the Kale stole they didn't tell me until after my sandwich was made, and I ordered them to be there. I saw on the cake she took about 15 to 20 minutes to make this dry chicken sandwich
It 's pretty hit or miss at this location as far as customer service goes. The good ones don 't stay long. I get some pretty rude employees many times to where it 's just frustrating. As most other reviews say, the curbside pickup just sucks. I ordered a curbside pickup, after waiting awhile and no one coming out with my order (even though it was marked 'complete) I figured they were busy and walked inside. I saw my order sitting on the counter so I asked to grab it, the employee looked at me annoyed then ignored me. Then after a few minutes asked another employee to come over and hand me my order. She never acknowledged me, or said a word to me, which I though was pretty darn rude considering I had my order pulled up on my phone and was just trying to help out and get my order. The place was NOT busy.
