Kazu Sushi Burrito - Saint Augustine

Superb fresh fish , quality and service. Very reasonable prices. I got a fried sushi burrito and it was a little greasy due to the tempura, but the quality of the contents were amazing. Even their soy sauce is good.

So I love sushi and I'd been meaning to go in for the longest time and when I finally did about a week ago it was great they have plenty of options and service was mostly spot on defenetly somewhere I plan to frequent

Let me start off by saying the food is great. However blatantly abusing your staff is unacceptable. It started as soon we walked in the owner pushed an employee away from the register as she was trying to ask a question. You could tell the employee was either new or not trained properly because she didn 't seem to know what she was doing. It didn 't help that anytime she tried to ask for help or guidance the owner would just get upset with her move her out of the way and do it himself. The whole time the managers demeanor was very aggressive and even made me anxious trying to order. At some point there must have been a miscommunication because an extra protein was added to our burrito. I didn 't notice until we were checking out and saw the extra charge. When I brought it up to the manager he very aggressively held out the burrito asked me if I wanted it and when I told him that the order was incorrect he slammed it in the trash and proceeded to make a new one. Mistakes happen. I 'm not upset about the burrito being wrong but he had the wrong approach. Once we all got our food, we sat indoors to eat, you could hear the manager cursing at his employees causing one to cry and the other to walk out. There were 2 other customers who also confronted the manager regarding his behavior. Just disappointing the way he acted because I would 've totally gone back for the food. He has a Now hiring sign outside, yeah I wonder why jackass

Omgawd! If u haven't had the Dynamite sushi roll, deep fried before..let me express,u haven't lived, till u had one of these bad boys.i swear nothing bad to say! Been craving more! Thank me later ?
