Good flavors, bad service. It's always teenagers, who want to be anywhere else. Factor that with the higher than normal pricing, and you're better off somewhere else. Seriously, there's a grocery store next door. Walk in there and get a gallon for less than the cost of a cone at Marble Slab.

Decent place to get some homemade ice cream but definitely not if you're on a budget. Wide variety of flavors which was good to see and toppings a plenty but I think 21 bucks for 2 small servings is a bit much. I still added a 2 dollar tip but still think it was a bit pricey..opt for the kids size portions

Runny milk shake, and ice cream toppings not that great asked for strawberry cheesecake with caramel. In the end I got vanilla ice cream with large chuncks of frozen strawberries, no cramcracker, no cheesecake, and the strawberries syrup was a bit much not as impressive as the website looked

While I do like the ice cream, the service is lacking. There is a manager who rushes everyone through so quickly that they get the orders wrong. They had to make my simple sorbet with strawberries folded in THREE times because he rushed so that they misunderstood and mixed 2 flavors of ice cream together in stead of just adding the berries. He also messed up my mom's order as well. It would be more efficient instead of rushing and yelling at people to move up in line to maybe actually listen to customers and get their orders correct. We chose not to return but visited another ice cream place around the corner a couple of more times on our vacation instead of here again.
