The experience at Nouvo Bourg was very disappointing. The atmosphere of the place is cold (the welcome and the service but also the temperature of the room). The choice of menu (3 menus offered on the menu) is in fact a single menu: all the dishes offered are the same, only one addition in the larger menu (risotto which increases the price particularly high). Overall, the dishes prepared are good, but there is no “fancy”, neither visually nor in taste. The vegetarian menu is very light, the Bayart menu is not copious. The expectations we had were not met. We had a good time because our table was nice, it saved the moment. We hope that the team will take our comments into consideration to improve the overall quality of the experience for future guests.

Nice setting, magnificent garden. Only downside: the front door brings cold into the room. Great welcome and service from the waitress. Magnificent plates from start to finish. What a pleasure for the eyes and the mouth. We will come back for sure!
