The food is excellent. The service was a little hit-and-miss; it was harder to get utensils etc than it should be, but the value of the place is great.

Paying over $20 for a chicken sandwich with fries is absurd. I enjoyed their Nashville Hot Sandwich but there are other locations/food trucks that have better fried chicken sandwiches for more reasonable prices. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. This location is very tiny. They have outdoor seating, two tables inside, and bar seating up against the walls. They're also right next to a parking lot which makes it easy to get to. In regards to spice levels, they have levels 0 7. I told the employee I wanted some heat but to keep it flavorful. He suggested a level three (Cayenne, Thai Chili) and it was the perfect level for what I wanted. The last time I had scratch was during the pandemic and I thought it was overrated.I went again today and I was surprised! Their online ordering system improved and they have their own store now.The staff were really nice and friendly. I got tenders and a chicken sandwich, spice level 3.I got to admit this might be my favorite chicken spot. At first I thought their menu was a bit pricey but the portion were huge!

Best fried chicken sandwich. Hands down. Put them in the map!There's free parking on the opposite street on third. Take the stairs up and cross the street to save on parking!
