Bidrage med feedbackWe walked in and this older lady welcomed us sat us down right away. Gave us menu she was a little aggressive or annoyed or something. I have only ordered the an app and had it delivered to my house that was good so we decided to go ahead and go to the restaurant. We wanted to order new things we never ordered from here little did I know that would be an issue. Long story short this is what we ordered. Lobster garlic noodles, regular size it was all right. Walnut prawns these are fire I recommend. Chow fun with no sprouts. When I ordered this, they came out with a plate of chow mein and I told the lady we ordered chow fun and she got mad at me and yelled at me wet or dry, chow fun which I've never heard of, she could've been a little bit more patient with me. We were trying to order soda and she walks away so this other guy comes we order soda and he forgets all about it points to him he comes and explains the chow fun to us, kinda mad too, but still. anyways, I wish they would've been just a little nicer. We would've came back. The two stars is for those bomb, honey walnut shrimp.
The food here is good quality and authentic. My daughter and I dropped in for rice porridge and Chinese donut. The food was good. The highlight of the visit was the grandma taking our order, kudos and admiration to her.(I assume her family owns the business.)She is probably in her 70s or 80s and was waiting on tables and refilling the table condiment containers. The secret to a healthy and active old age must be to eat here and stay active. We left her a 30% tip.Go granny!
My go to when I am craving a real hu tieu mi trieu chau kho. This dish always brings me back to when I was a kid and went with my parents. Very quick service so when you need to grab breakfast before work this is a good spot!
My family has been going here for 15+ years, literally since I was a kid. I'm definitely a regular. Great deal for your money! And also my favorite Cantonese Chinese restaurant of all time just for how great the food tastes. I literally crave food from here all the time.Service is no frills and to the point, food usually comes out piping hot and quick. All the dishes are flavorful and soo good.My favorites include goat clay pot with bean curd, oyster in scallion and ginger, kingdom fried rice (full of bouncy seafood), lobster garlic noodle full of butter decadence, as well as their seasonal veggies that has that signature wok hay and fresh oily flavor such as fermented tofu water spinach or pea sprouts with garlic.
Lowsy food, except for Egg Flour Cake. They got my order wrong. I said Fried rice twice, and he still didn't get it right. The guy at the cash register was rude.
