Cevichito - Sahibabad

Ok so this is not a restaurant by any means this is a pick up and to go only!! There is no seating area, your food is placed in a locker for pick up after order. Still pretty cool, I'm sure established from COVID with robots delivering the food from each other sub rented spots within the building. Anyhow the food was absolutely delicious!!! The avocado ceviche was SO fresh and flavorful not fishy at all and for the amount of red onions they were not over powering. The seafood rice was so yummy, hot and great flavor. The Peruvian seafood pasta was also great, not bursting flavor as expected but still delicious and full of seafood, tasted much like a seafood curry. We took the food back to the hotel and ate in the lobby. We had 3 dishes and it was plenty for the 2 of us. $50 best 1st Peruvian experience and have to say I have been missing out!!!!

I think ghost kitchens are cool. This is actually the first one I've been to. It just makes food pick up so easy. The ceviche is good but probably too much raw red onion for me (heartburn). The fried seafood rice was delicious. I would recommend giving this a try to anyone in the area.

The ceviche itself was average, mostly because of the fish used. Seemed like they used some frozen fish, without taste. The rest was good including Leche de Tigre. Change the fish, get a fresh one.l, and this could be a 5 stars. The rice dishes were very good though

Tasted like the ceviche I had in Peru. Just the right balance of sour and freshness. Can't get enough of it :

The ceviche was fresh delicious! I ordered delivery and they were prompt on delivery. I'd definitely recommend this place.
