Tea shop is in good location and nice place, but it close very early.

Basic but clean kitchen n seating area. Reasonable quality at very reasonable prices. Separate western toilet for foreigners which is very clean n well maintained.

Average tea shop, strange pricing of different teas do not make sense. Sometimes small cups, sometimes larger. Food dishes on the small side, and inconsistent in quality. But that's the typical tea shop experience, with young boys working the tables, served a few plates of fried appetizers that are optional, but then served unused portions at another table later.
