When we walked thrubthe door, all 30 of us, after a Volleyball game, an employee from Carl's was walking out, she turnes right around so she could help. Luciana(sp) took our orders professionally and accurately. Food was cooked perfectly. This used to be our go to for a burger in Safford, There was a nice lady I think was the manager, food was always hot and fresh , frys were crisp, store was clean. Now food is sloppy, fry orders are not full, frys are not hot and crisp, store is not clean, and there is and older guy working in the back short , grey hair, beard and mustache, he is rude and is always talking really loud and when he is there the food is sloppy and limp frys , puts to much condiments on the burgers. Wish they would bring back the old manager she was the bomb. We now go else where for our burger fix. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I come here all the time, and the workers are nice but sometimes it’s not even packed and it takes at least 20 minutes for the simplest thing. It’s a hit or miss wether the chicken looks soggy with white stuff on it or fresh. It’s eh Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
