Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Edit: Sarah the manager has refunded me and offered a new pizza. They have also taken corrective action with Prince Antler regarding his terrible behavior. Unbelievable experience just now. The pizza I ordered is NOT the pizza I received. I went to the counter and told the employee, Prince Antler that the pizza is wrong. He snatched my receipt out of my had, said it is the right pizza. I opened my app and showed him the photo of the pizza ordered, he still told me I am wrong. Then said is there anything else I can help you with? . I said yes, remake the pizza to the one I ordered. He doubled down on the pizza I got with sausage and stuff is the pepperoni pizza I ordered. I once again showed him the photo of the pizza ordered on the app. I asked for the manager because clearly he was not going to fix the pizza. He walked in the back. Came back up front, started making pizzas, I watched him make about 10 pizzas, no manager came out. I told him I have kids that are hunger and now I need to figure out what to feed them since they will not eat this pizza that is NOT the one ordered. He said okay, can I help you with anything else? I once again said you can remake the pizza to the one I ordered. He said I don 't work for you Karen I left, fed my kids, called the store. Prince Antler answers and I ask for the manager. He puts on hold and came back and said the manager is not there. I asked if he was there when I was waiting at the store. He said no . Then asked if he can help me with anything else. I has been an hour and no call back from the manager. I called corporate. He clearly made a mistake on the pizza, I only asked polite, if we can get the right pizza. I did not deserve this.

Basically every time I've ordered at this location, they cannot follow or read basic instructions about paid-for extra toppings. They just do the default pizza. Multiple times they've done it incorrectly.

Very good pizza, and staff are very nice.... Be aware of John he's not very nice.

Really good pizza. Friendly service. Definitely a place to get pizza from if you live in the area. We had thought we ordered from a different location, and the employees here were helpful and understanding with our confusion.
