Taco Bell - Sacramento

During my last visit on November 13, 2022 at 7:27pm, there was a new cashier who made a mistake with my order. However, the manager quickly stepped in, corrected the error, and treated both the cashier and myself with respect. The entire team was pleasant and made sure to apologize for any delay in service. I was especially impressed by the way the manager handled the situation and kept the restaurant running efficiently. He deserves to be recognized for his great management skills. Even though I do not know his name, I believe Taco Bell should acknowledge his hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, I had a great experience at this Taco Bell location and would definitely recommend it to others.

The opening hours should accurately reflect the actual opening time as the restaurant is never open at 8am. Please inform us so we can come at the correct time.

I use the kiosk to order my meal inside the store. A pretty handy feature. There were five employees in the store on a Saturday afternoon and three of them were being very loud and silly. All of their teasing and jumping around disallow them from focusingon preparing the food. Two girls just stood at the register not helping just waiting for food to come out. They need to tune uptheir operations. Also, if you're going to have two clerks just standing there one of them should be cleaning off the tables andthe floor and glass entry doors. The glass entry doors were filthy with handprints and everything else in the floors had spillson them. Managers have to take ownership in the franchise or company store that they're running during the day as these areintegral parts of running a successful business. The food is always plentiful and good but they need to do a little TLC on thefacility and have the employees stay focused instead of goofing around.

I usually order takeout from this restaurant. The only downside was that they were out of a couple of my favorite drinks on tap. Aside from that, they did a good job overall.

This Taco Bell has been here forever. At least it's clean. They were short staffed so was asked to use the touch screen.
