Oshima Sushi - Sacramento

Love Oshimas! Some of the best sushi I've had! A must try is the chicken wings they have during football season, trust me you wont be disappointed! They are crispy and tossed in the perfect amount of sauce, wing perfection! The spicy edamame is on point! Even the deep fried ice cream Is oh so good! Happy hour drink and food specials are not ones to disappoint, if you're in the Natomas area hit Oshimas sushi you'll be happy you did!

Terrible service, waitress was quick to run away after dropping the food and after either of us requested anything. Didn't care if we liked everything or needed anything. The Sushi was pretty good. I recommend the 1994 roll, though it doesn't always come out the same. Me and my wife ordered 3 rolls and liked the 1994 roll the best, so we ordered another one, and it came out with way more sauce than the first time. My wife liked that, but I was not a fan. The bar area was very loud, which I could understand except the loudest one was the bartender, his son was working the bar as well and wasn't anywhere near as loud. I recommend it because of the sushi rolls, but don't be surprised if the roll you love isn't as great the next time you order it.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for a drink Thursday night. We sat at the bar to watch the game. Our bartender (blue hair) was friendly, suggested a drink and a few rolls and service was super quick. The rolls were so good. We had the zig zag and big bill. The 3 stars for service was because the male bartender totally ruined the vibe. He was over critical of our bartender (the woman) and even others at the bar. Made the whole experience super uncomfortable. As a former bartender/server I wanted to say something but girlfriend was too embarrassed. We’ll be back but if that guy is working the bar we’ll sit at a table. Shout out to the woman bartender who kept her cool (when I certainly would not have) and still strived to give us a good experience.
