Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Sacramento

The food was excellent, hot and fresh! they took a little.longer than expected, but worth the wait. Staff was welcoming and could tell hard working.

Charged me 10 dollars for a sandwich biscuit and individual side instead of charging me 8 dollars for the combo price, didn't even get a drink, ordered mashed potatoes family size with gravy, didn't get gravy, these people aren't even trying

I normally don?t mind if the chicken is cold when I order late I can always reheat, but the service I received from the female working the window was well below customer service. Giving attitude as though I was responsible for what ever kind of day shewas having. I came to order for my family a family meal very little amount of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese Luke warmchicken and didn?t even give the biscuits that were supposed to be included. This specific location used to be great at servicebut lately it just hasn?t been up to par. I?m not expecting top notch service but I?m also not gonna deal with attitude andrudeness when I?ve done nothing to deserve it. Young lady need to reassess herself when working and understand that it?s aboutthe customer needs and if you can?t leave it at the door than you shouldn?t come to work. Horrible experience I should not havehad. It?s saddening that you can?t just come and get what you need without attitude and unneeded sass. If ownership has changedsir or ma?am check your staff cause they?ll be the reason that customers won?t return.

I should have read the reviews before going to this location I ordered 2 chicken pot pies and a chicken little and everything was old and dry I couldn't believe it what a let down come on KFC you have to do better than This how does a place stay openwith that kinda service especially when I go and look at the reviews and see that IAM not the onlyone who has left a bad reviewhow does it stay open ? I will never return to this location and I do not recommend this location stay away save your hardearned money for a place who appreciates your business

I tried the classic chicken sandwich. it was pretty tasty. Everything else is typical kfc...including the unreliable service.
