Ippolitos Trattoria - Sacramento

Very delicious ravioli, but they were literally drowned in sauce. Next time I ask it on the side. The garlic bread was delicious. I wish the menu actually had descriptions. The meat ravioli of my friend came in red sauce, but I was surprised to see that my artichoke ravioli came under a pool of two sauces, red and what I learned later was Alfredo. I think the red sauce was better paired with the meat ravioli and the artichoke with the Alfredo.

Good garlic bread with fresh garlic and lots of butter under the cheese. Pizza was burned, and crazy thin, but mostly tasted good. Good minestrone with many great pieces of Veggies. House salad didn't have enough vegetables except salad. Decent prices despite current inflation. The waiter brought a false court because they don't write orders. Not too crowded in the late afternoon on a weekday. The table was delicious.

Service was great. The meal was excellent, lots of food, cooked directly.

We went to lunch and loved it. I work in the area, but it was my first time here. Had one of the lunch specialties, filled bowls. It was delicious.

One of the best Italian restaurants I have been to my wife loves the Philly cheesesteak with everything on it except mushrooms I also love the chicken parmesan with added mushrooms the hospitality was great and they treat you like family also the place is clean and well kept ????
