We waited 40 minutes for our meal. I ordered the lobster tail at approximately $39 and it was probably 4 inches long, leaving me very hungry. Had I known it would be so small I may have ordered sides but how much would that cost? My husband ordered the Double cut Pork chop that was so thick that it was cooked improperly and extremely tough. He couldn't eat it and had to send it back. We both left hungry and paid a lot to do so. It was very loud! The waitress was sweet and unfortunately had to continually apologize, which should never happen. We did not have to pay for the pork chop but left very disappointed.
It is a beautiful restaurant. They were out of something’s on the restaurant and also the drink menu but it was overall a good place to go out for the night. It is next to a parking garage which the noise was a little loud but could handle.
This was a terrible choice to take our family for Mother’s Day brunch. I am upset that I didn’t read previous reviews because after our experience it could be determined that the “scathing” reviews were actually quite polite. We spent 2 hours and we waited for food off of a 5 item menu that we never received. Flavorless, cold at times, lacking items in the name of the dish, and incompetence in the kitchen. One example, ham and CHEESE omelet...no cheese! Bistro filet...not a fillet, just a microwaved steak. The servers are nice, don’t get me wrong. The kitchen needs to have been fired entirely from top to bottom. I won’t go back until we have heard that the restaurant has closed down and reopened. It shouldn’t take long, it’s that bad.
On what should have been a busy Thursday igbt, we were the only party in the restaurant. I ordered a Ribeye that wasn’t really nicely grilled. I asked for medium and it was rare. Everything is Ala carts yet your plate isn’t big enough to put the sides on.
